When I hear the word successful the the song "Successful" by Trey Songs and Drake starts playing in my head. If you love hip hop, like me, then you know what I mean. Here's the video if you don't.
Success is subjective because it means different things to different people. While success to me may mean having a profitable business, financial freedom to do whatever I want, whenever I want, or having eternal peace understanding, and wisdom. Your definition of success may be entirely different.
I'm sharing my top 5 Signs That You Will Be Successful. I'm not saying that these are the end all be all that you will be successful. But in my opinion, these signs are a definite indicator you are on the right path.
Remember that the most important thing is that you have the determination, will, and are willing to do what it takes to be successful.

5 Signs You Are Going to Be Successful
1. You believe in yourself.
I know you're probably saying, "Christina, I do believe in myself!" I'm not arguing with you but believing in yourself is not a one time process, it's a lifestyle. When you believe in yourself it should exude in your confidence, how you present yourself to the world, and the "small talk" you have with yourself.
Even as a Success Coach, believing in yourself is an ongoing process. Running a business can be an emotional rollercoaster, trust me.
Honestly, believing in yourself is all about have the right tools and people in place to make the ride smoother for yourself.

2. You have a dream and are willing to take action.
Have you heard the quote by Katherine Paterson, " a dream without a plan is just a wish." Shout out to all the dreamers in the house. I know that we all have dreams, but if you really want to be successful, then you have to take action on those dreams.
As a business coach, a lot of my clients have come to me with amazing ideas of things they want to do. The problem is they have been spinning their wheels to figure out how to make it happen. Most of them have probably invested hundreds and thousands of dollars in programs, group coaching, and classes that I'm sorry to say don't work.
Sometimes you need to just hire someone to make your dream happen.
I always say the step on in manifesting an idea is hiring a professional to help you create a plan. Creating a business plan or model will give you a create idea of the purpose and potential of your idea.
In my Breakthrough Strategy Sessions, I spend around 2 hours with my clients mapping out all of their amazing business ideas, books, programs, you name it. Then we figure out with idea is ready to be birthed and create a super easy action plan.
As an added bonus, we also create a blueprint of your life, how you will make money, what your future goals are, and how to get there. A dream with an action plan is a sure sign that you will be successful.
3. You have a good support team.
I cannot stress this enough, you need a good support team to be successful! You must have key people in place so you don't have to do all the work alone.
Trying to do everything on your own is not only exhausting but time consuming when you could be spending time on what you really love to do.
The sooner you learn the value of support the better-off you will be.
For example if you're a business owner or entrepreneur having a business and branding coach, accountant, and lawyer in place is a great foundation to build success on. I know you're probably saying "all of that sounds expensive Christina." But there are processes and tools out there to give you the support you need without the high price tag.
I help my business and branding clients create simple process to automate most of their processes so they can invest more time in making money. So trust me it is possible.
Being willing to accept help and get a support team to push you forward is a definite sign you will be successful.
4. You are willing to invest and put in the work.
Have you ever heard the bible scripture, "faith without works is dead?" You can have all the faith in the world, but if you are not willing to invest and put in the work, your dream and your talent can die without investing in it and working on it.
In my opinion, the purpose of your dream should be to help others grow in some way, to help the world. If you have an amazing gift like coaching, teaching, singing, writing, or motivating others, your gift is pointless if you don't invest and put the work into it to perfect it.
You can't expect a return on investment if you don't invest.
And investing doesn't always mean money. Of course money is a portion of it, because you have to invest in your support team, so you can get the support you need to achieve your next level. But, you also have to invest your time and energy.
I have to be 100% honest, entrepreneurship takes time and energy! You have to be willing to invest your time and money to do what needs to be done.
Most people struggle with investing because they don't know what they should be investing in or how to get started.
That's where investing your time and money into a professional comes in.
In my Breakthrough Strategy Sessions, my clients and I organize their personal calendar to figure out what they should be spending their time on.
There are 168 hours in a week and trust me we can waste a lot of them doing absolutely nothing. Also, there are things that are taking up our time right now, that we can all probably sacrifice to create more time.
It's not that we don't have time, sometimes we just don't make the time.
When we learn the power of delegation and having a support system, we can create more time to focus on what we really want to do. I know it probably sounds to good to be true, but trust me I have seen my clients live more balanced, purposeful, and profitable lives.
So if you're investing and putting in the work that is a sure sign you will be successful.
5. You are not afraid of failure.
I'm hearing in my mind right now "F**K FAILURE!" Now I'm laughing. I amuse myself sometimes. But honestly, it just as simple as that, "F**K FAILURE! Personally, I have eliminated the word failure from my vocabulary. I don't believe in life you ever fail.
Perhaps you were disappointment when something didn't work out the way you anticipated, but you never fail.
Failure is final and disappointment is not.
When we become disappointed, it is a time for reflection on what did I learn from this experience.
What did I learn about myself? What will I do going forward? Is there anything I feel I need to work on or invest in? Do I need to check in with my support system?
It's never too late to start over.
Because when you start over, you are starting with a new level of understanding and wisdom because you have done the work to learn from your experiences.
If you are not afraid to fail and are willing to do the work to get back to the drawing board and try again, then you are already successful.

6. You are patient and take your time.
Rome wasn't built in a day my friend, so I'm being realistic when I say success doesn't come overnight. Think of any successful person you know, and look at how much work they have put into being successful.
It's more than just being successful it is about maintaining success and that is whether the major work comes in.
Think of all the stories we have heard of successful companies or people like Facebook, Amazon, Oprah, Beyonce, and J.K. Rowling (Author of Harry Potter). Look at the amount of time and effort they put into perfecting what they do, so they can continue to be successful. No one wants to be a one hit wonder.
You are going to have to been patient to see your full potential of success.
Success is like a seed that you plant everyday. In the future, whether it's a day or a few months, a year, or a few years you see the harvest of those seeds and the work that you have put in.
When you are an investor it can take time to see a return on your investment and you have to be okay with that.
Perfection takes time, just like how wine increases in value as it ages. If all your success fell on you today, without the proper systems, team, and plan in place you would probably explode. So honestly, you have to be patient to be successful.
